Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.

Changes to Itinerary: The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Travel Insurance: We provide travel insurance to certain international packages. Other trips, travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance for their trip on their own.
Health and Safety: Travelers must comply with health and safety regulations, this may vary country to country, including any vaccination requirements.
Passport and Visa Requirements: Even though we do a verification from our side, it is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents.
Behavior Expectations: Travelers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to local customs and other travelers.
Liability Limitations: The company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the package and as per local laws.
Force Majeure: The company is not liable for any failure to perform the tour or any related activities due to events beyond their control.

Baggage Allowance: Guidelines on baggage limits and any fees for excess baggage vary travel to travel based on Airline or other transport guidelines. Guest can contact our executives or travel managers for information on each travel.
Code of Conduct: Expectations for behavior while on the trip, including respect for guides and fellow travelers. The code of conduct may vary trip to trip and destination to destination and defined before the commencement of each trip.
Photography and Filming: Travellers are expected to follow the guidelines on taking photos during the trip, especially in culturally sensitive areas.
Governing Law: The legal jurisdiction governing the terms and conditions will be the laws prevailing in the Republic and India. The jurisdiction shall be at Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
Age of Majority: Legal age requirements for booking and traveling is as per the laws prevailing in the Republic of India.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are through current bank accounts of Embrace Holidays for booking and any additional fees for certain methods.
Responsibility for Additional Costs: Travelers are responsible for any costs over and above included in the package.
Third-Party Services: The company is not responsible for third-party services or activities not included in the package.
