The provided itinerary serves as a suggested tour plan. The company is only responsible for services charged from the agent/guest. Any other suggested services not paid for by the agent/guest to the company are not bound to be provided or covered by the company.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings will adhere to the respective hotel's policies.
The company is not liable for compensating any losses or additional costs incurred by guests during the tour.
The company holds no responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by passengers during the tour.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, subject to change based on factors such as weather, road conditions, availability and participants' physical abilities. Changes may be made in the interest of participants' safety, comfort, and general well-being.
Preponing or postponing a confirmed tour may result in additional costs depending on individual hotel and transport policies.
Night travel, if necessary, will incur additional charges.
Any costs arising from natural calamities such as landslides, road blockages, political disturbances, or strikes are to be borne by the client and shall be paid directly on the spot if necessary. Embrace Holidays by any means hold any responsibility of any loss incurred by travellers on such occasions.
All sightseeing is subject to weather and political conditions at the destination.
Any missed sightseeing due to man-made obstacles, natural calamities or weather conditions is non-refundable.
Meals provided at the hotel are based on a set menu and buffet system. Additional charges may apply for items not included in the set menu or for in-room dining.
Entrance tickets and activities that are not included in the package, can be booked directly at varying prices by guests at the destination. The company and drivers are not responsible for cost fluctuations.
Holiday package costs may vary during peak dates, festivals, holidays, or other high occupancy periods.
If some sightseeing remains unvisited due to time constraints, efforts will be made to cover them on the next day. However, if they remain unvisited despite changes or due to public holidays, there will be no reimbursement.
All services will be as specified, confirmed, and paid for as per service vouchers. Any additional services availed by the guest must be paid directly by the agent/guest.
Changes in the number of passengers may result in changes to the total holiday package cost.
No refunds will be provided for unused transportation or services voluntarily modified or missed by the traveller.
Blocked kilometres are based on the days of travel, and any unused kilometres will not be refunded or reduced from the tour package cost.
Please note that some of the destinations may have limited facilities, and guests may experience inconvenience, although efforts will be made to ensure a hassle-free tour.

Confirmation of hotels, sightseeing and activities are strictly upon availability. If any of the services are unavailable at the time of confirmation, we will try to offer similar options before finalizing any bookings. Confirmation of the package is subject to receipt of 100% payment.

Along with this from the side of Embrace Holidays on the service charges: Cancellation within 30 days prior to the trip will incur no retention charges; Cancellation within 15 days prior to the trip will result in a 50% retention charge; Cancellation within 10 days prior to the trip will incur a 100% retention charge.
