Welcome to Embrace Holidays! The below points and policies outline the rules and regulations for the use of Embrace Holidays's services.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance or full payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy refers to details on how and when travelers can cancel and any associated fees. Please go through the ‘Terms & Conditions’ page for further information on cancellation policies.

Changes to Itinerary: The company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to any unforeseen circumstances before or during the trip.

Travel Insurance: We provide travel insurance to certain international packages. Other trips, travelers are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance for their trip on their own.

Health and Safety: Travelers must comply with health and safety regulations, this may vary country to country, including any vaccination requirements.

Passport and Visa Requirements: Even though we do a verification from our side, it is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents.

Behavior Expectations: Travelers are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to local customs and other travelers.

Liability Limitations: The company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the package and as per local laws excluding taxes and third party payments.

Force Majeure: The company is not liable for any failure to perform the tour or any related activities due to events beyond their control. This include, but not limited to war, natural calamities, changes in government policies, social unrest, changes in airline schedules etc.

Special Requests: Any special requests (dietary, seat or room preferences) must be made in advance and are strictly subject to availability.

Travel Changes: Changes to travel dates or services may incur additional fees.

Refund Policy: There are specific conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted. Please refer to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ page for further details.

Age Restrictions: Age-related restrictions are applicable for certain tours, destinations, packages or accommodations.

Baggage Allowance: Guidelines on baggage limits and any fees for excess baggage vary travel to travel based on Airline, Cruise or other transport guidelines. Guests can contact our executives or travel managers for information on each travel.

Code of Conduct: This refers to expectations for behavior while on the trip, including respect for travel mangers, guides and fellow travelers. The code of conduct may vary trip to trip and destination to destination and defined before the commencement of each trip.

Photography and Filming: Travelers are expected to follow the guidelines on taking photos during the trip, especially at restricted areas like security check-points, immigration counters and in culturally sensitive areas.

Governing Law: The legal jurisdiction governing the terms and conditions will be the laws prevailing in the Republic and India. The jurisdiction shall be at Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

Age of Majority: Legal age requirements for booking and traveling is as per the laws prevailing in the Republic of India.

Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are through current bank accounts of Embrace Holidays. We will not be responsible for payments to any other bank or third parties, unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation.

Responsibility for Additional Costs: Travelers are responsible for any costs over and above included in the package. This includes, but not limited to lunch during a MAP tour plan, Entry tickets which are not mentioned in the itinerary, early check-in or late checkout etc.

Third-Party Services: The company is not responsible for third-party services or activities not included in the package.

Amendment of Terms: The company reserves the right to amend the Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions at any time. Travellers are expected to visit the Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions page of www.embraceholidays.com time to time to update their information.

These Rules and Regulations are designed to help protect both the traveler and the company by setting clarity in expectations and responsibilities. By availing any services from Embrace Holidays, every traveler is assumed to be agreed these Rules and Regulations.
